SXFA336 Sliver Lap Machine is a new type textile machine preparative for cotton Comber. Through the Sliver Lap machine, the slivers offered by the Carding Machine will be doubled and drafted to make the fiber parallel to web, then form compact laps of definite weight for the next operation sequence.FEATURE1.Transport unit: The main motor adopts the frequency conversion motor with electromagnetic brake to realize starting at low speed and rising stably. The transmission of the lap rollers and pressing rollers and drafting system is the combination of belt drive and cogged chain drive and gear drive, which make it transport stably with little noise. The gear ratio and draft ratio can be changed by changing gears or chain wheels.2.Drafting style: There are two drafting fields, the main drafting field and the pre drafting field, and both have 4~over~6 drafting system and pneumatic loading device. The draft ratio is 1.0~2.0. It`s convenient and reliable.3.Calendering: To be protected from sticking, the sheet is calendered by two pairs of pressing rollers which are pressurized by spring.4.Lapping pressure: When lapping, the sheet is pressurized by the vertical cylinder and two sides are pressurized by the horizontal cylinder, which make the forming laps compact.5.Break lap device: When the lap is at the definite length, the break lap cylinder pushes the front lap roller to break the lap, then the storage cylinder pushes the storage to push the lap out.6.Sliver feeding: The slivers from the cans located on both sides of sliver guide platform are guided by gantry creel, and slide into the drafting system without being twisted.7.Electric system: The machine is controlled by the interface and PLC.
