SXFA366 Draw Frame and Lap Machine Combined owns a rational drafting time and a bigger doubling ratio, which can improve the fiber`s coefficient of extension and the uniformity of lap. It can be operated easily, and it has been a high efficient equipment to meet the technical requirements of the combing preparation.FEATURE:1.Transmission: It can be drove stably and efficiently by a conversion motor. An electromagnetism brake makes it stop accurately. A gear box is used for lapping transmission. The pressing rollers and lapping rollers are transmitted by cogged belt. The ratio can be adjusted by changing gears and belt pulleys. Lap breaking Transmission can be realized by conversion motor delaying to brake. And it`d convenient to adjust delaying time.2.Drafting style: There are two drafting sections, the main and the back. The main has two sections too, and its drafting time is 1.384~2.792. While the back has a 3~over~3 drafting system, and its drafting time is 1.032~1.112. It is a simple and safe drafting weighting system.3.Sliver feeding: The sliver from the cans located on both sides of sliver guide platform are guided by high fame, and slide into the drafting system without being twisted.4.Calendaring: Lap sheets are calendared when they the four calendar rollers, which arranged as `S` form. This way is very effective to prevent the lap sticking. The four rollers are set in the wall by stretchy supports. They are impacted each other with pressure and separate without pressure.5.Lapping pressure: When lapping, the lap gets radial pressure from the fiddle backs, and gets axial pressure from two lap boards which makes the lap compact and regular.6.Bobbin Loading: The bobbins can be loaded automatically after they are put into the storage by hand.7.Lap doffing: After it reaches the designed length, the lap breaks and is pushed to the trailer automatically, then the trailer moves to the next position automatically.8.Lap trailer: Each trailer can hold four laps.
