Through the sxf346 ribbon lap machine, five or six laps offered by sxfa336 sliver lap machine will be drafted and doubled to be one lap, which can improve the straightness and parallelization of the fiber, and improve the crosswise and lengthwise uniformity. Sliver lapping and lap doubling are both preparing process fit for high count yarn. The configuration is very easy and needs small floor space.Feature:1. The machine is controlled by plc. The speed of the main motor can be adjusted by changing the frequency to realize starting slowly, improving speed stably and braking immediately. It is a preparative equipment of higher machine, electric and pneumatic system.2. Drafting style: It has a 3~over~4 and arc drafting system with pneumatic pressurization.
