WLAN 802.11b/g frontend module

This is a small-form-factor, highly integrated RF front-end module designed for WLAN applications in the 2.4GHz ISM band. The RF front-end integrates a high-performance power amplifier, power detector, transmit/receive switch, diversity switch and filtering into a compact chip-scale device. Both of RF inputs and outputs of the module are matched internally to reduce circuit complexity. Small-form-factor RF module (5.2 x 7 x 1.5mm) HBT PA, LPF, diversity switches High linearity: 17dBm (802.11g), 21dBm (802.11b) to antenna High gain: 23dB Power detector integrated for automatic level control Switches included for TX/RX and antenna diversity functions RF inputs and outputs matched to 50 Ohms Power-down mode reduces power consumption in receive mode 3.3V operation
