9-Pincer Computerized Toe Lasting Machine

1. This machine is used for the lasting operation of the upper’s forepart.2. Fully hydraulic operated system with the design of High-Low circuit for the operating smoothly.3. The PLC system is equipped with the touch screen to operate the machine with the graphical symbols.4. The setting of the parameters (time and stroke) is by numerical key in, with the protection of the key switch to avoid the reading or changing by the non-authorized.5. Up to 100 different shoe models are programmable and memorable with the parameters and the pincers’position.6. Error diagnostic readable on the monitor.7. Nine fine adjustable and quick-exchangeable pincers are mounted on a double tracking pincer plate with the position moveable designed of the second pincers(Patent No. 86206875).8. The first pincer can be adjusted with the 15 degrees swing angle left or right, it is suitable for the pincer arrangement of the special toe shape shoes.
