9-pincer hydraulic toe lasting machine(with hot melt)
1.The last support plate is functioned with two-stage rising mechanism. 2.The mechanism of toe part pressing pad adopts adjustable 2-stage pressure. 3.The rapid installing and releasing structure for pincers can finish the whole process within 30 seconds. 4.The newly designed forward-and-backward adjusting mechanism for last support plates saves 20-30 minutes when change shoe size from the biggest to the kid's. 5.Owing to the assistance of supplemental wipers, the toe upper will be more colsely attached to the last. 6.The fifth pincers can rotate inward when the wipers move in and last the shoes. 7.The pincers base plate adopts the double-tracking structure which makes the uppers more attached to the lasts. 8.The cement applicator can be easily and quickly adjusted to have an appropriate cementing position for different sizes of shoes. 9.The PLC controlled electric system and diagrammatic operation system make the order of all mechanical operations and the adjustment of operation time expressed in letters or figures on the screen.
