WET SCRUBBER

The purpose of web scrubber is to get rid of acids in waste air. Although wastewater is produced by this process, manufacturers who already have wastewater treatment processes in place will not find this a problem. The installation cost for the web scrubber is low, and this too encourages many manufactures to use it. The waste air enters a washing machine where it enters a prectipitation chamber where it is mixed with HF, SOx and therefore neutralized. This process is monitored by PH meter so that the water produced is very close to the neutral PH7 of water and can therefore be recycled.
