DUST COLLECTOR

The dust air enter through the dust levels air inlet, then it goes through the distribution baffle where the dust exhaust air is spread evenly among the filter bags. The pulse valve is then turned on by either a time controlled system or a differential air pressure system. Then, pressazixed clean air is jet pulsed all the way down the filter bags. All of the dust in the filter bags falls down and be collected. the screw conveyor and the rotary then push the collected dust out of the jet pulse dust collector. 1. Filter cloths can be cleaned during operation. 2. Capable of maintaining stable air pressure. 3. Filter cloths are easily replaced. 4. The dust cleaning system can be controlled by pressure switch or timer.
