This product is a kind of high-strength inorganic adhesive speciallydeveloped in allusion to the case that common cement cannot be usedas the light construction material, polystyrene board. It can substitutevarious organic cementing agents, lowering greatly the cost of construction.Features and benefits:1) Firm adhesion, excellent weather, so as to ensure the permanentfirmness and adhesion of light construction materials2) Thin mortar technology adopted, with 1.5 - 3mm thick mortar, soas to lower the weight of building and the cold and heat bridgein the insulation layers3) With proper flexibility, able to compensate the temperature differencestress between the light construction materials and outer decorationpaints due to difference from expansion coefficients4) Safe, innocuous, anti-mildew and flameproof5) A certain water resistanceApplication scope:1) The sticking between the polystyrene foam boards of outer insulatedsystem of the external wall and the basic surface wall, andrender of the protection layer of the foam board2) The sticking between such light boards as outer wall foam boarddecoration line, expanded perlite and so on with the basic surface3) The bricking mortar for air-added concrete brick, ash sand brick,powdered coal ash light brick, and gypsum bricklaying4) Sticking or bricking materials for foam board indoor partition,indoor and outdoor insulated boardSubstrate preparation:The substrate should be firm, even and free from grease or other loosesubstance.Instruction:1) Mix powder and water at ratio of 3.57:1 (i.e. 20kg powdered: 5.6kgwater), then mix with an electrical mixer until it is equal, lump-freemixture is achieved; let it stand for 3 minutes, then re-stir and ready touse2) When it is used for the sticking between the polystyrene foam board,foam decoration line and the substrate notched trowel, use to spreadthe adhesive onto the substrate or the back of the foam, thefoam decoration line, also point pasting method can be used;following application should be done more than 24 hoursafter this application3) When laying light bricks, the moving and adjustment shall be finishedwithin 10 minutesSpecifications:1) Tensile and bonding strength (with 20kg/m³ cement board):a) Normal strength: ≥0.7MPab) Water resistance: ≥0.5MPa2) Tensile and bonding strength (with 20kg/m³ cement board):a) Normal strength: ≥0.1MPab) Water resistance: ≥0.1MPa3) Operability time: 2.0±0.5hDosage:For the evenness of the basic surface, use notched trowel method orpasting point method, approx. 3 ~ 4kgsmPrecautions:1) The product had better be used at 5°C - 40°C2) Before application, please confirm the vertically and evenness of thesubstrate3) If the surface of the adhesive cement is dry, please remove the surfacecrusting4) Do not add water to the cured adhesive and use it againShelf life:It can be put in the cool and dry place and can be saved for one year ifnot opened.Packing:25kg/bag
