It is treated with the exclusive sanitized biocides,providing effective, lasting protection against mould and mildew.Surface preparation:Ensure all loosen materials and droppings are removed from grout joint prior to grouting.For porous tiles such as terracotta, wet the joints before application.Colors:16 standard colors are available.Coverage:The calculated formula of coverage (kg/m²): 25 x (tile length + tile width)x gap width x gap depth/13.5 x tile length x tile widthMixing:1) Add clean water to buckets, then slowly add the grout powder, stirringcontinuously until a lump-free consistency is achieved2) The mixing ratio:a) Thick filler grouts: 25kg powder:(6~6.5)kg waterb) Thin filler grouts: 25kg powder:(8.5~9)kg water3) Use a rubber trowel to spread tile grout adhesive into the tile joints in adiagonal way and ensure that all joints are properly filled4) After about 2 hours of drying, the grout on tile surface should be cleaned withwet sponge or cloth5) After 24 hours of drying, the grout haze on tile surface can be cleaned usingtile cleaner and waterPrecautions:1) Do not use acid to clean tiles especially when color grout is used2) Do not use in the rainy condition3) Do not use with the temperature of above 40°C and below 5°C. Thegrout joint should not be less than 3mm4) For the substrates where movement is expected, it is recommended to useflexible primerflex /additive5) Do not mix the cured grout adhesive with water and reuse itShelf life:Unopened bags can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool, dry environment.Packing:Thick filler type: 25kgThin filler type: 20kg; 2kg
