Features and benefits:1) Can be applied onto damp surface2) Strong bond strength to substrate of concrete and render; the activeelement permeates into capillary pores of the substrate and forms acompact waterproof layer3) After the slurry membrane is dried, tile adhesive can be used directly ontothe waterproof layer4) Can be used either on interior or exterior wall and floor5) Water resistance and good durability6) Water vapor permeability7) Water based, so non toxic8) Easy to spreadApplication scope:1) To be executed polymer modified cementitious waterproofing ceramic(JC/T89T-2001)2) Apply for damp-proof and waterproof of industrial building structure withpotential microcrack and damp environmentSurface preparation:1) The surface should be sound, clean and free from any contaminants suchas oil, grease, concrete curing agent2) Obvious pore and crack must be plastered with repair mortar, and sharpedge must be removedInstruction:1) The mixing ratio: 25kg powder: 18kg additive: 0 - 1kg of water2) Pour a suitable amount of additive into a clean container and slowly addthe powder into liquid with constant stirring until the lump-free mixture isachieved; add a little water if necessary for easy workability3) Keeping interval mixing to avoid deposition4) The second coat is applied after the first layer is dried and spread vertically;the third coat is applied when necessaryDosage:The thickness of the painted film shall be 1.0 - 1.2mm; 20 - 25sqm/setNote:The above-mentioned dosage is for the case when the substrate is even.Precautions:1) Do not use fan to fasten drying2) Other coating should not be done until the waterproof layer is entirely dryand cured3) Do not use the product with the temperature below 0°C or in thecondition that is very damp4) Do not mix the cured slurry with water and reuse itShelf life:Unopened powder bags can be stored for up to 12 months in a cool/dryenvironment. Liquid additive can be stored for up to 6 months.Packing:1) 25kg powder+18kg additive/set, 5kg powder+3.6kg additive/set2) 25kg powder+13kg additive/set, 5kg powder+2.6kg additive/set
