When the powder exited from spray dryer is deliveried to silo by bucket elevator, due to the closed casing of elevator, water vapour in the powder is not able to release fast enough into the atmosphere, Hence, bridging and lump are easily formed in silo caused by condensation of water vapour during the stage of storage. The steep inclined conveyor can overcome the above said defects and its advantage are as follow G 1.Quiet and steady in operation. 2.Space saving. 3.The casing is made of high tensional plates to guarantee durable. 4.The roller is made of carbon steel pipes to ensure wear resistance. 5.The rubber belts together with cleats and sidewalls are formed of one piece during hydraulic press vulcanized, Its lifespan is much longer than those formed of sticky method for several multipies.
