HSR
1. Generality:HSR is special variety of SBR. It is polymerized macromolecule elastomer which is produced by emulsion polymerization and non-salt coagulation with the feedstock of styrene and butadiene.2. Production properties:This kind of product is non-toxic, non-smelled and combustible white flakes. As its styrene content is high, its properties are good for abrasion, ageing and smoothness, and on the other hand, the rigidity, the tearing strength and the modulus strength can be heightened.In a whole word, HSR has the basic properties as the following:1) Has strengthening rules on some degrees towards rubber2) Small comparative density to heighten the rigidity of rubber feedstock3) Hot-plastic4) Good properties for abrasion, ageing and electric insulation5) Can be used for white or light-colored products6) When using volumes increasing, the modulus strength, tensile strength and the tearing strength of cured rubber can be heightened, and rigidity enlarged, abrasion resistance improved3.
