PP-240PB Automatic Paper Banding Machine
The PP-240PB uses white, brown or clear cast polypropylene material with a heat seal adhesive to ensure a tight seal every time. Many times faster than hand banding the PP-240PB can wrap up to 25 cycles per minute. This unit requires very little space, is simple to thread, and operate, and inexpensive to use. The versatility of the PP-240PB is quite impressive. Able to band delicate items such as wedding invitations to regular business cards, currency, envelopes, die cut labels, or brochures. lf you have a need for a premium clear plastic band the PP-240PB can be used for pharmaceuticals, food in trays or clamshells to replace expensive PVC shrink bands or any items where a clear band would be desirable. The mode PP-240PB is the only machine capable of running cast polypropylene, white or brown paper tape in 20mm or 30mm sizes all on the same machine. Machine may be operated in one of three modes: * Operator places product in arch under banding material and simply depresses the manual activation button (shown on inset) * Operator may depress the foot switch supplied with machine or * By selecting auto mode, operator simply places product to be banded in arch under banking material where photo eye is activated to automatically cycle machine.
