The production volume of this machine is 3 to 5 times of that of the general syphon type sand blasting machine. As the impacting point of this machine is deeper, therefore, it is not suitable for sand blasting too precision parts or too fragile parts, such as electronic parts, optical parts, precision molds and dies, etc. Main purpose: exfoliating rusts and paints, sand casting and grinding of the cast parts, removal of adhesives ( water scales), injecting metal with high hardness and processing of sheathing covers (such as Teflon, weld spraying, etc.) Applicable sand material: Aluminum Oxide Sand within #120, carborundum , glass beads, plastic sand blasting grains.
