Automatic High Speed Bottom Sealing and Perforating Bag Making Machine

Features: Adopting the method of relaxation-tightness of bags to control the speed of winding motor. This machine can produce dotting bags on roll with core or coreless. Punching equipment is optional for fully automatic and integrated operation. Automatic electronic control. Using Plugging type IC circuit for easy replacement. Main machine is controlled and driven by AC motor with inverter, no adjustment is required and easy to operate. The machine will stop automatically when (1) the bags become jammed or overlapped (2) the film is in inaccurate position (3) temperature is too low Great stability and continuous high speed to increase efficiency. Optional Equipment: Servo motor control or Electromagnetic clutches and brakes is available. Top and down heating device providing excellent dotting performance is optional. Photo cell device. Punching equipment. Application: This machine is suited for bottom sealing bag, shopping bag, garbage bag, and creased bag.
