Automatic Sealing and Cutting Machine for Flat Type bag


Features: This machine can be applied to bottom sealing bag(flat bag) and T-shirt bag. Connecting with the plastic sealing and cutting machine to deliver the accumulative plastic bags automatically, reducing production cost. Equipped with auto-stacker conveyor. Adopting up and down heating device for sealing knife providing superior straight accuracy for sealing and cutting. Automatic electronic control. Using Plugging type IC circuit for easy replacement. Using Germany made high-sensitivity photo device which can catch printing precisely. Main machine is controlled and driven by AC motor with inverter, no adjustment is required and easy to operate. The machine will stop automatically when (1) the bags become jammed or overlapped (2) the film is in inaccurate position (3) temperature is too low Great stability and continuous high speed to increase efficiency. Optional Equipment: Servo motor system or Electromagnetic clutches and brakes is available. Single-layer or double-layer production is available. For machine equipped with one photo cell, it can produce simultaneously one line printing bag and one or multi-line non-printing bag. For machine equipped with two photo cells, it can produce simultaneously two line printing bag. Application: This machine is suited for bottom sealing bag(flat bag) and T-shirt bag.
