Working principle:The clean and hot air enters into fluidization bed through distributor of valve plate.The wet material fed from feeder will be formed a fluidization state by hotair (jumping within bed as boiling water). So it is called fluidizing drier. Becauseof the wide contact between hot air and materials, their drying time is short.The air enters into one end of the bed, through "boiling" for several minutes,comes out automatically from another end. The drier is also applicable forthermal sensitive material, as a result of very short drying time and lowertemperature of material proper.Application scope:Fluidizing drier is also called fluidization bed. Through continuously improvementover 30 years, it has been widely applied in the fields of pharmaceutics, chemicals,foodstuff and processing grain. For example, the dehumidification and dryingof powder and granular materials, such as bulk pharmaceuticals, granular patentmedicines, preparations, feed and plastic resin. The granular diameter shallbe within the range from 0.1 to 6mm, and the best from 0.5 to 3mm.Heating method:The drier is heated by means of stem of electric power, and also heated with hotair directly from fuel or coal burning hot air furnace.
