Chinese Herbal Medicine Extract Spraying Drier
Chinese herbal medicine extract is refined from root, stem, and leaves of plants.It contains high sugar especially from alcohol process, which is easily meltedat high temperature. Normal centrifugal spraying cannot meet its dryingrequirements. For this reason, our company organized a group of technicians todevelop such a drier especially used for Chinese herbal medicine extract. Afterrepeated calculations and countless tests on the basis of our experiences tomake spraying drier, we have taken the advantages of same kind of driers fromboth domestic and abroad.Modifications have been made when designing Chinese herbal medicine extractspraying drier:1) The diameter and height of tower have been modified to ensure that powdercannot reach at the wall of tower before being dried, and ensure that powderwill have dwelling time in hot air to complete low-temperature drying. The wallof tower has sandwich cooling device to ensure liquid materials not to besoftened, melted or coked, when they are sticking on the wall, which will havepartial high-temperature. There are air shockers on the cone body, which havelarger taper and can pulsate the tube through compressed air to shake downpowder, which is stuck the tube2) All contact places inside the drier have plain or round surfaces, and are groundedand polished (fine polish over 10) to avoid sand hole and dead angle. The contactsurface is made of stainless steel to ensure materials free of pollution. Thedriving parts have good sealing ability to prevent from water and oil. Materialsdischarge is done by sealed butterfly valve to avoid air leaking. Discharge pipesare connected flexibly for easy dismantling in order to meet GMP requirement3) 3-stage air filters are used on air pre-treatment system, and air can be purifiedup to 100,000 levels4) PLC program control system circuit is used and cartoons of contact screen displaystechnological process. Variable data carries out automatic trace and regulationby fuzzy technique, the atomizer is adjusted stable by frequency converter,temperature of incoming air is adjusted by the power-regulator, precision canreach ±2o, so as to largely reduce energy consumption. Incomingand outgoing temperature as well as pressure inside the tower can be set upprecisely
