Single Belt Filter Press
The belt filter press is a continuous-feed dewatering device that applies chemical conditioning, gravity draining, and mechanical pressure to dewater sludge. The sludge/slurry is sandwiched between tensioned belts and rolls, by passing those belts through a serpentine of decreasing diameter rolls to remove the moistures and then dispose of the sludge cake. Purpose: Liquid/solids separation through pressure filtration. Features: Single belt design: Single filter belt circulation is suitable for a small quantity application. Low capital and O/M costs: Simple structures, less breakdown and easy to maintain. Easy operation: Automatic operating while dewatering. High applicability: Suitable for various slurry waste with coagulant/polymer additions. Characteristics: Durable mainframe body is made of steel unity. Circulated by only one filter belt.
