Up-Flow Rapid Filter
The filtration is achieved while the raw water is feed-in to the device and up-flowed through the floating filter media. The debris and particles are retained, condensed, blocked, captured and filtrated through the filter run. An agitator in the filter tank is operated to stir the filter media layer for backwashing. Durable filter media with lifetime of several years, and minimum abrasion and fragments. Backwash is achieved by mechanical agitation to remove the solids form the filter media. The retained solids are settled to the bottom and removed from the discharge pipe to a collection bin. Extra water backwashing is not required which saves 90% power and water over the conventional filters. Easy clean up and replacement of the filter media.
