The path that the brush has to follow is simulated by the operator and all the data of trajectory are automatically recorded.The spray-guns utilised in this manipulators are able to spray the following types of releasing agent: ready to use, high solid, wax based, water based.AdvantagesSix axes robot allows reaching every mould point with all possible inclinations; in this way it is possible to apply the releasing agent also in hidden zones that would not be easy to reach with classic manipulator.Once planned the trajectory points of spraying cycle, it is possible to change the robot speed from point to point: This peculiarity allows reducing (increase) the speed in the particular mould points that need a large (small) releasing agent quantity.The use of rotating brush allows keeping the mould clean.These characteristics and the high accuracy of robot trajectory, yield a remarkable reduction of silicon waste (about 50%) and a better quality and less rejects.POSSIBILITY OF RELOADING A PARTICULAR SPRAYING CYCLE THAT HAS BEEN ALREADY SAVED, DIGITIZING THE FOLLOWING TWO DATA: ARTICLE AND SIZE OF THE MOULDThe advantages of this method are the following:It is created a file that contains and saves all the type of spraying cyclesIn order to accomplish this possibility, it is supplied the software with supervision tasks that takes care about interfacing with the operator and controlling the complete process.
