Chocolate Moulding Line with one shot Depositer:It is a contineous one shot moulding machine.* Can make with size of moulds from 320mm to 1000mm.* The machine connected with 5-10 TR Cooling system to freeze the chocolate products.* Connected with 10HP electrical supply.* The mould tray are fixed on Endless Chain. The tray are deposited and Colled and De-moulded and deposited contineousely.* It is easy to handle. And Can deposit two deffernt coloured chocolates at one shot in each cavities.* The whole process is fully automatic including depositing, mould plate vibrating, cooling, Demolding, conveying and plate heating.* You can choose one head, two heads or three heads moulding line for different products.* The line is suitable for pure chocolate, center filled chocolate; two color chocolate, four-color chocolate, amber or agate chocolate.
