We are capable of providing individual servicesfor the customers in terms of different colors, density of single fiber, filament,and high-temperature and high resistance.Instruction:The dosage of masterbatch shall be controlled within 0.8%~5% in compliance with thevarious requirements of the processing temperature due to the actual manufacturingequipments, so that the processing of the nonwoven can be carried out smoothly.Product series:1) PC series: applicable to PP nonwoven, BCF and staple fiber2) PF series: applicable to PP filament3) PY series: applicable to PP coarse denierPacking and storage:The product is packaged with two layers, preventing from water and moisture. Thestandard package is 25kg/ bag. Please stored in a dry place with good ventilationand padded to prevent weather damage. The color of the masterbatch can be preserved for up to five years. When it is opened for use, the remaining parts mustbe repacked, to avoid duct pollution and moisture absorption.
