According to the high performance demands of automobile interiordecorations, Charming has produced high performance color masterbatches for automobile interior decoration, which are widely used in the domestic automobileindustries.Instruction:During the actual spinning applications, the dosage of the masterbatches and thespinning process should be adjusted in accordance with the different density ofsingle fiber, filament and the characteristic of chip. It is recommended that thetemperature be controlled within 280~295. The PET color masterbatch has a strongmoisture absorption, so it is advised to pre-dry before using, avoiding too muchwater being carried to the processing and affecting the quality.Product series:1) BTC series: applicable to PET filament and staple fiber2) TC series: applicable to PET nonwoven and staple fiber3) TF series: applicable to PET filament and automobile interior decorationPacking and storage:The product is packaged with two layers, preventing from water and moisture. Thestandard package is 25kg/bag. Please stored in a dry place with good ventilationand padded to prevent weather damage. The color of the masterbatch can be preserved for up to five years. When it is opened for use, the remaining parts must berepacked, to avoid duct pollution and moisture absorption.
