Jounce bumpers are used in vehicle suspensions to absorb energy during jounce andto act as a supplemental spring. We have done about 10 years in the OE Market ofmany types of cars of main auto companies such as Japan Mazda, SGM, SVW, FQW-VW,Changan-Ford, Wuhan-Citroen, Chery, Nanjing-Fiat, Changan-Suzuki and Hainan Madza and so on.When driving on a bumpy road and bended, the suspension is subjected to a large force. At this moment, jounce bumpers are compressed and absorb energy. Theyreduce the impacts to the vehicle and enhance the rider handling quality.Jounce bumpers are usually made from Microcellular Polyurethane. Different designsare required by different car moulds. They have different characteristics whichare defined specifically by car-makers.
