Xenon HID headlight stands for high intensity discharge lamp. The general theoryof its generating light is as following: the xenon gas combined with metal halogenare excited when they are applied with high voltage by two electric poles, thenthe xenon atoms skip down from higher energy levels to lower energy levels.
