Introduction of function:WR47BS/NP, based on WR47BS/NP, is added satellite two-colour offset press, advances efficiency greatly and decreases production cost. The satellite two -coloursystem embodies fully the multifunctional character of short-plate quick printingwhich could print two colors, cameo stamp, NP, upright/ longitudinal line and cross/horizontal line in one time.It is convenient and flexible. Sheet feeding ,composite press,counting,code pulling ,powder spraying/dry spraying and static neutralizing / elimination (optional) are controlled by PLC.Numbering and perforating (NP) device:Maximum number of horizontal codes: 7 heads on a ring/lines x 7 rings on shaft/ranks= 49 heads.Maximum number of vertical codes: 5 heads on a ring/lines x 8 rings on shaft/ranks= 40 heads.Minimum space length: 37.5mm for cross perforation (steel blade-perform type) 5mmfor vertical perforationArea resin plate size: 90mm x 345mm for drum30mm x 40mm for mounting ring type
