The top ring and the top protected ring are completely made of stainlesssteel and molded using a special mechanical process. Permanent smoothnessensures high yarn quality.The plastic sheets used for making the body of the sliver can are formedfrom imported high-grade antistatic master batch extruded through anadvanced production line introduced from Italy.High-tech seamless welding guarantees the smoothness and circle conditionof the body for a lifetime of more than 15 years.The high strength top plate is made from imported engineering raw materialusing an injection molding machine. The walls of the top plate are thickenedand heightened to prevent it from inclining inside the body. The top platehas good weight capacity for perfect shock resistance, ageing-resistanceperformance and ultra-low transfiguration rate.The bottom plate is one-shot cast with cold rolling steel, and has perfectwearability and a long usage lifetime.The spring is made from high quality wire rod using a numerically controlledautomatic molding machine. This wire is treated in a thermostatic furnace toensure its stability and prevent fatigue. The buyer can choose from a slivercan with hanger frame or a balanced up-down holder spring.The plastic anti-shock ring can buffer impact against the can and ensure itscircle condition.
