Our product range includes:1) Aluminum roto-mould: we have made around 50 sets of aluminum roto-moulds for variousplayground toys, and about 190 sets of aluminum moulds for custom moldingprojects in last five years. 85% of them are supposed to be used in molding productsto be exported to the U.S.A, Italy, UK, France, Germany, Spain, Luxembourg,Russia, Canada, Thailand, Korea, Belgium and Israel2) Custom plastic rotomolding: various plastic parts based on custom designs, includingair-blower shells, tool cases, petrol tanks, flower planters, water tanksfor scrubbers, truck roofs, stock cases for motorcycle, golf equipment cases, speakershells, fenders, display cases, and road barriersOur advantages in technology lie in:1) As a mould maker for nearly 10 years, especially good at gravity casting mouldand aluminum roto-mould2) Has the ability to conduct full process in making mould. Wooden pattern workshop,4 processing centers, 6 digital linear cutters and 5 numerical controlled millers,are all located in our factory3) Five years of working in making aluminum roto-mould and molding plastic parts,makes us accumulate experience of handing and resolving various difficulties instructure and accuracy4) We have R&D department. They can deal with tech-drawings composed by pro-engineer,CAD, solid works, Unigraphics (major), and Mastercam5) Generally, our lead time in making mould is 35 days. It varies per to the designof mould6) Roto-molding OEM service.
