Sekisui Protective Film for Photo Masks TACKWELL #150 TACKWELL #150, a highly transparent, ultra-thin film uniformly coated with a special adhesive, is suitable for the protection of photo masks. Characteristics It is an ultra-thin (10 micrometer), pressure sensitive, adhesive sheet. When adhered, it guards the photo mask from dust and other particles. Light transmittance is high, because of the use of a highly transparent base material and a highly adhesive layer. Even in extreme temperatures and environments, its stable, adhesive strength continues. There are non-stick, anti-static, strong adhesive, and ultra-thin types available for various applications. Use It protects photo masks for printed circuit boards.
