FENOM OLD CHAP is a specially purposed compound of the FENOM range for performance perfection of any types of petrol and diesel car engines with high mileage (more than 100 000 km). At present time FENOM OLD CHAP is the first and the sole Representative of a new class of motor oil additives reconditioner of tribological system with a restoring effect (reconditioner means re-store). It was create by Sol-Gel Technology (SGT). FENOM OLD CHAP is the organized poly-molecular system including Nano-size complex of organo-sorbent. FENOM OLD CHAP is a unique product of the joining fine organic synthesis together with Sol-Gel Technology (SGT). The product is chemically neutral normally and activates directly in a friction area. It realizes SMART-SELF technologies in practice: a controlled closed tribochemical cycle - ``wear- restoration`` of rubbing surfaces is initiated in a contacting pair. FENOM OLD CHAP impregnates the metal surface and creates a ``servovite`` (protecting) film of a complicated structure. Moreover the FENOM OLD CHAP enhances the load-carrying ability of a lubricant film due to the margin oil film structural that increases oil adhesion to the metal surface. FENOM OLD CHAP promotes formation of a durable oil film between contact pairs that have an extended gap caused by wear and tear.
