Chocky Bars
Chocky bar is a combination of high chromium and molybdenum white iron metallurgically bonded to a mild steel plate. The hardness of wear-resisting layer is 700 BHN, providing superior wear resistance impact protection. Chocky bar is easy to use,no storage problems or excessive cutting into strips required when compared to sheets of wear plates. And the notches in the Chocky bar casting backing plate assist in cutting them to size or bending them to shape to suit the application, easy to cut and form onto inside and outside contoured surfaces, no pre-heating or post heating required when welding into position. Our company specializes in the production of Chocky bar available in two kinds of thicknesses 23mm & 25mm with variety of width, complete in specifications. Our Chocky bar is available with or without notched backing plate, meeting different use requirements.The Chocky bar can be widely applicable to specific wear protection on buckets for loaders, excavators and draglines machines, chute linings, rock box edges and weld-on hammer tips for the re-cycling industry.
