In Ho`s oak barrels are ideal for wine storage, not only improving the quality of the wine, but also enhancing its flavor. Wine stored in In Ho`s oak barrels over a long period of time takes on a distinctly special flavor, because the oak sparks a chemical process known as liberalization, whereby the components of the wine and oak mix together for fabulous results which are second to none. When the barrel is opened and the mellowed wine is exposed to air, the result is aromatic amber nectar. Types of oak barrels manufactured include: the brandy series, the whiskey series, and the distillation series (for alcohols of 25% proof or higher, and not suitable for beer, spirits, red and white wines, or Japanese spirits.)
