A tropical blister foil packaging can be formed by adding a tropical blister foil against PVC blister. And by the designing of the mold, the information about the company and the product can be shown on the flat foil to promote advertising. Compared with the aluminum-plastic packaging, the resistance of tropical blister foil packaging has been greatly enhanced. Before the opening of the first cavity, it can totally protect against vapor, oxygen, UV rays and prolong the shelf-life of the tablets. And it looks more attractive.The biggest technological difficulty of the tropics blister foil is the heat-seal intensity and the delamination of formed edges. Because the tropical blister foil is 5 times thicker than the PTP while its heat conductivity is much worse than that of the PTP, its heat-seal intensity is unable to guarantee tight sealing. Our engineers can easily solve this problem. In addition, Haishun has taken the lead to develop a new series of tropical blister foil, like color series, printing series, and rigid series.
