Features: 1) This combination machine is a large-scale motored equipment used to dip, hot stretch and finalize synthetic fiber cord fabric.2) Widely used as framework material in rubber products, cord fabric must have good conglutination with the rubber, fixed force, fatigue resistance and stability.3) To fulfill the above properties, the fabric must be treated through plating, drafting and finalizing.4) To adhere to the rubber, cord fabric is treated through rubber plating and enclosed with rubber liquid. 5) To ensure the fiber numerator is in order and to raise the strength, the fabric is heat-drafted and finalized.6) In the process of drafting, synthetic fiber cord controls the fiber tension at high temperature, reducing the extended rate of fiber remnants. 7) Then, it is heat-slacked to shrink the fiber under temperatures slightly higher than the heat-draft.8) End products have low shrinkable rate and good heat stability.9) Lastly, the cord fabric is crimpled to shape after cold treatment (using driving crimple and positive crimple methods).
