When it is exposed in atmosphere, its properties will not degrade.It has corrosion resistance. It has excellent dielectric properties,with resistance to high voltage. It has corrosion resistance and cannot bedissolved in any kind of chemical solvent. It remain constant in aqua regions,sodium hydroxide, uranium fluoride, etc.It has good wearing resistance, and has the smallest coefficient of static frictionamong plastics, with good self lubricating property and excellent surfaceinadhesion.
