VAC-35 Vacuum Casting Machine
We develop the hi-tech synthetic marble casting line based on the assimilation of the abroad advanced technology with the consideration of present production scale of the domestic synthetic marble industries. The production line ensures to produce the high quality of synthetic marble by adopting the advanced technologies. It is composed of rack, hopper, spiral compressed unit, vacuum unit, gear pump, cleaning unit, hydraulic control unit, mould transportation unit (mould style) or silicon production unit (silicon belt style) and PLC controller. The equipment adopts the American high accuracy gear pump to ensure the precise ration among each raw material during production and its flux system adopts anti-erosion valves.
