It is widely used for prime, coating and painting work of furniture, flooring, MDF, doors, artwork boards, and blinders. The coating surface is smooth without wrinkling and had good saturation. The coating surface is very thin but the effect is like curtain painting. It is more cost effective. The speed of transmission belt, plastic roller and electrical light roller can be adjusted by separated motor and frequency inverter, so the paint gloss and thickness can be controlled more sophisticatedly. The coating roller adopts quick-assemble structure with high precision for changing convenience. The height can be read on the counter, which makes the adjustment conveniently and accurately for different thicknesses. It adopts imported scraper and the scraper angle can be adjusted by worm reducer, the distance between smooth roller and PU roller can be adjusted by worm shaft. There are five frequency inverters or PLC which can be used by each head separately, so the coating is more accurately.
