Construction characteristics:The barrel can be quickly opened is the most primary character of clam-shell barrelco-rotating twin screw extruders. Both screws and barrels are designed as segmented.The screw configuration, barrel setup, L/D, feeding and venting, screenchanger, way of granulating, and the electric control mode can be optimally adjustedaccording to different material properties and processing requirements, inconsideration of the machine`s versatility in other general applications.Designed by CAD, the closely intermeshed screw elements have excellent self-wipingcharacteristics, and can be interchanged with each other easily. With many yearsexperience in screw design and software development enable us to realize efficientsolids conveying, melting/plasticating, mixing/compounding, dispersing, homogenisation,devolatiliation, pressure-buildup in twin screw extruders, in accordanceto the specific requirements of each process.Metering feeders are equipped with single screw, twin screws (both intermeshing andnon-intermeshing), or spring to meet different flow properties of bulk particulates.Granulating system includes strand pelletizing, air-cooling strand pelletizing, air-coolingdie face cutting, water-ring die-face cutting, eccentric hot face cuttingwith special cooling, and underwater pelletizing.
