Working principles:The SJW reciprocating kneading and extruding system is different fromtraditional single or twin screw extruders because of its unique workingprinciples. The spiral of the screw is detached three times at the circumferenceand forms the so-called kneading screw. In those gaps are the stationarykneading pins, which are fixed inside the kneading casing. While the screw iscircumrotating once, the axis is also moving reciprocate once. Due to suchspecific moments, the material is not only sheared between the pins andkneading flights, but also inverted. This working process is totally differentfrom traditional single or twin screw extruders. It improves the effectivenessof kneading by moving transversely and lengthways. Hence, it can providehigh-quality dispersive and distributive mixing. In addition, by using suitablebreechblock, the pressure is relatively steady.
