Selecting the dyestuff specialize in polyamide with fine high-temperatureperformance and color fastness, charming has developed the polyamide BCF blanketand polyamide super-thin denier color masterbatch, which are widely used forthe spun-colored dyeing of polyamide filament, staple fiber and BCF blanket.InstructionDuring the actual spinning applications, the dosage of the masterbatches and thespinning process should be adjusted in accordance with the different density ofsingle fiber, filament and the characteristic of chip. The polyamide color masterbatcheshas a very strong moisture absorption, so it is advised to pre-dry beforeusing, avoiding too much water being carried to the processing and affectingthe quality.Product series:1) NC series: applicable to polyamide BCF and staple fiber2) NF series: applicable to polyamide filamentPacking and storage:The product is packaged with two layers, preventing from water and moisture. Thestandard package is 25kg/ bag. Please stored in a dry place with good ventilationand padded to prevent weather damage. The color of the masterbatch can be preserved for up to five years. When it is opened for use, the remaining parts mustbe repacked, to avoid duct pollution and moisture absorption.
