Glass Ice-Flake Paint
Glass ice-flake paint can be coated on various glass surfaces. Bonded under the normal temperature, semitransparent ice or snow peaks will appear. Different colors can be done. The products are sorted into type I and II. Ice flakes in type I seem to be bouquets of clouds. Ice flakes in type II seem to be pine needles.Ice-flake glass paint is a kind of fluid substance in light yellow and slight opalescent. You can mix it into colors like red, orange, yellow, green, blue and purple. After coating it regularly on the surface of glass by spray gun or brush and auto-solidified at the normal temperature, it sends out 2 semi-transparent effects (owing to two types of it) of much silvery glitter as well as the snow peak on the iceberg, it also looks like bunches of flowers blooming in profusion clustered round the glass surface.Simple technological process:1. Paint the ice-flake glass paint on the glass surface by spray gun or brush, the film should be plentiful. If thinly painted, the patterns will be small and brush traces are visible. If thickly painted, patterns will flow or be crowded and the needle form will be showed2. Place the painted glass in normal temperature (to be solid in the breeze or calm environment, the patterns will turn up after 0.5 or 1 hour)3. Thorough solidification of patterns will spend about 3 days (basing on local temperature); finished products come into being after total solidification
