Spring
For more than 7 decades, our factory has manufactured hundreds of millions of springs for all locos, wagons and coach factories in railway line. Our main products include large stress springs and ring springs used on draft gears, valve springs used on diesel engines, and other kinds of springs used on brakes and piston rings. For cylindrical helical springs, the diameter of wire is from 0.2mm to 45mm and the max. mean diameter is up to 400mm.With advanced and completed production, test and inspection equipment for cold and hot coiling springs, our factory can manufacture 400,000 sets of hot coiling springs each year. Intermediate frequency induction heater is used from forging ends to coiling procedure for hot coiling springs; shot blasting machine is used to ensure blasting strength up to 0.4~0.5A; and coating production line is used to ensure coating quality of springs. CNC coiling machine imported from Italy is used for cold coiling spring, which has high efficiency and precision. Due to high quality, the fatigue life of our valve springs is more than 10,000,000 times.
