Also we could offer precision ceramic bearing which generally usedin high-speed and high-rigidity spindle. Adopting the ceramic cage,ceramic bearing can be used in the most inclemency environments as corrosive, lowtemperature, high vacuum. The normal used ceramic materials are ZrO2, Si3N4 orSIC.Hybrid ceramic bearings:Typical hybrid bearings consist of steel raceways, a retainer, a lubricant and ceramicballs. With bearing rings made of bearing steel (AISI52100) or stainless steel (AISI440C).The ceramic ball bearing is mainly made of silicon nitride(Si3N4), zirconia (ZrO2)or alumina (Al2O3), among which Si3N4 is of excellent overall performance andhaS become the preferred material for ceramic ball bearing. Hybrid bearings canachieve higher speeds, greater accuracies, and have a longer service life than steelbearings which is why hybrid bearings are finding increased usage in a widevariety of engineered applications today.
