Mono-color master batches for fibers are distinctive products of our company, which have been used in producing colored master batches or colored fibers under users` orders. Our annual capacity of this product is more than three thousand tones and a nationwide sales network has been established.Mono-color master batches are prepared by a particular wet treatment method which is authorized by an independent knowledge property right department. The optimum surface modification effect on ultra-fine pigments is carried out in a liquid medium combining with wet-mill techniques. The mono-color master batches are produced first by blending modified pigments with polypropylene or polyethylene in liquid, drying in hot air, and then blending and palletizing with a two-screw extruder and a granulating machine. Quality control reports and test recorders are synchronized through the whole producing steps and a stabilized quality of the products is insured.Features:1) The average diameter of pigment in the mono-color master batches is as small as0.2 micrometer and each pigment particles is enraptured by an organic material2) Pigments are dispersed in PP/PE matrix with a high loading level, and final productsare supplied by a granular form.
