Six-shuttle Circular Loom

High-sped small-sized six-shuttle circular loom is a new-type aircular loom developed and manufactured by our factory.Its chaaraterstics are that it inproves thepicking numbers in unit time by using six shuttles instead of four shuttles inprder to boost the weaving speed.The speed improves 30-50% than it of the four-shuttecircular loom.Seeing from the developing trend,it must displace the traditionalfour-shuttle circular loom and become the dominanatequipment of narrow-breadth PP woven bag production.There are two types of the high-speed small-sized six-shuttle circular loom,the up-and-down reciprocating shaf type and band type.The moving manner of shuttle boardis rolling friction.Thereinto the band type small-sized six-shuttle circularloom(YF-YZJ-6/900G)adopt single-curve cam,withdrawing the slipper oli lubricatingsystem and avoiding the condition of oil leaking to make th eproduction environment much cleaner .The machine of this type maintain easily,and most of easy-drokenspare parts of four shuttles loom are also used suitable for six shuttlesloom,this type circularl loom is with advanced technology and high capacity.
