Children should not use or play with this product. Do not use a hot pack on any part of the body where there is swelling, redness or immediately after and injury. Cold therapy is recommended for these conditions. Do not use hot/cold pack over an open wound.Cold therapyPlace gel pack into a freezer for 2 hours. The gel pack will remain flexible even when frozen. Remove the gel pack from freezer. Insert gel pack into the pocket of the support, and then apply to body.Hot therapyPrepare gel pack for hot therapy by following heating instructions. Thereafter, insert hot gel pack into the pocket of the support, and then apply to body.Stove-top:Bring pan of water to boil and remove from heatPlace the gel pack in hot water for 8- 10 minutesDO NOT BOIL THE GEL PACK DIRECTLYCarefully drain the water in the bowl and remove the gel pack with a towelTest the gel pack first before use. If the unit is too hot let cool before usingb) Microwave:Place the gel pack in a microwavable container & cover completely with waterHeat at full power for 3 minutes.
