This equipment is moderate speed polyurethane foam machine. On the base of polyurethanefoam machine SZS-500, we have improved mixture head`s rotation speed from4,785rpm to 8,600rpm. For the improving of rotation speed, mixture of Pu materialA and B become to be more even. Then product`s inner structure and density hasbeen improved a lot, also with product`s elasticityAs improving of rotation speed, pouring head will become too hot after continue stirringand pouring. So that products would have some problems of pinhole and coveredbubble. It seriously influences product`s quality. This equipment adopts coolingmachine which is designed and made by ourselves. Adding this cooling system,problem of hot pouring head is solved. Because of this, not only it can longits usage and cleaning cycles, but also can greatly improve the quality of products.
