A permanent ground connection for security reasons (mainly current leakage of defective TV sets) and also to improve the ingress level. 3. Measure the downstream at the directional test point, TV signals will have a level of -20 ~ -10dBmV. 4. The isolation lowers the output level of the modems that go up till 50dBmV. 5. Terminate the test point when not in use. 6. Meet CE standards 7. Operation temperature: -40 ~ +60 .
